Terms of Service

By using the AsMoment application (“we,” “our”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

AsMoment is a social networking platform that allows users to store, share, and interact with content using their personal cloud storage accounts (Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, or Amazon S3). Users control content visibility across different spaces:

• My Little Corner – Private, only visible to the user
   
• Family & Friends – Shared with invited contacts
   
• Communities – Shared within closed community groups; optional public posts for recruitment
   
• Town Square – Public space for sharing
   

All content sharing and interactions are governed by these Terms and Community Guidelines.

• Users must be at least 16 years old
   
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your app login credentials
   
• All users self-certify their age and eligibility
   
• You may be suspended or removed for violating these Terms

• You retain ownership of all content you upload
   
• By sharing content within the app, you grant AsMoment a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it to authorized viewers or the public if explicitly shared
   
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights
   
• Content must comply with laws and these Terms

• Comments and likes are allowed only for users authorized to view content
   
• You agree to use the app responsibly and not post prohibited content, including but not limited to:
   
  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive material
     
  • Content that violates others’ privacy or rights
     
  • Spam or misleading content
     
• AsMoment may enforce rules via content removal, account suspension, or termination

• Users can report content violating these Terms
   
• AsMoment may review reported content manually or automatically
   
• Servers may temporarily cache encrypted content for performance; AsMoment cannot access or decrypt this content

• Content deleted from My Little Corner is removed immediately
   
• Content in the other spaces may remain temporarily due to caching, but is encrypted and inaccessible to AsMoment

• Content is encrypted end-to-end on users’ devices before uploading to cloud storage
   
• Cached content on servers remains encrypted and can only be decrypted on authorized viewers’ devices
   
• AsMoment cannot access private content beyond what is explicitly shared publicly
   
• Screenshots or screen captures are beyond our control

• The app integrates with Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, and Amazon S3 APIs
   
• Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies

• AsMoment provides the service “as is” and does not guarantee complete security
   
• We are not responsible for content posted by users
   
• You use AsMoment at your own risk
   
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We may update these Terms from time to time
   
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

• These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of use
   
• Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local law
